The park is fantastic but the National Park should get rid of the company making the bus/campground bookings. They are completely useless and have no clue sitting somewhere in Arizona or so. Almost every single piece of information I received via several agents regarding the bus or the campground was wrong. They also charged about $80 too much; the nice NP person at the park entrance realized this and reimbursed us. The service of the company was awful; the NP should go back to doing these booking arrangements itself with employees who know the park. I am Alaska resident and have been in the park many times but this was the worst booking experience ever..
