After a bad experience with a store employee, I wrote a negative review. I felt the review was warranted.

However, the next day I received a phone call by a department manager. Not only did I get an apology, but I also received a very generous donation to an upcoming fundraiser for a local charitable event.

Not everybody is perfect. But when we acknowledge a shortcoming, and demonstrate the desire to be better, well that's a sign of excellence. Bravo to your store. I will be back!
