We purchased appliances for our new kitchen from Percy's in the fall of 2017. We purchased all Kitcken Aid appliances including a 5 burner induction stove top. In approximately five months, 3 of the 5 burners failed. It is now December 27, 2018 and will still have 3 non functioning burners. Percys Customer Service has done nothing to help. The parts to repair the stove top have been on order. They have sent repair people twice (without even scheduling an appointment) with no parts. They sent a part, scheduled an appointment then had to cancel the appointment because the part delivery was incomplete. At this point, we have been without a fully functional stove top LONGER then with a fully functional stove top. As a consumer, we deserve better service both from Percys and Kitchen Aid. If the stove top (which was under waranty) could not be repaired in a timely fashion, a new top should have been offered. We are very disappointed with both Percys and Kitchen Aid.
