Reception was very friendly, the staff responded to every request.
The rooms were always very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, the gastro / restaurant section is poor.
We as a family decided on December 24th, 2019 to enjoy the 6-course evening menu. With the second course we found a hair in the food - they didn't even apologize.

In the morning of December 26th, 2019 we had breakfast. I ordered from the menu and two completely different dishes were served. From our point of view it was not bad, mistakes can happen. But then came the best. Instead of apologizing, the service employee persuaded me that she had been working there for 4 years and I don't know I ordered. The customer is not king here.
-Afterwards we drank coffee at the bar because we were waiting for more friends. The barista noticed that we had complained about the poor service and bought us all drinks, chapeau!
The catering sector cannot keep up internationally.

I recommend that you train the service department in the catering area. I will definitely not book this hotel again.
