Before I drove from Staten Island (which is only 20 minutes away) I wanted to make sure that I was going to a knowledgeable dealership. First I called and spent a ton of time on the phone with Mark Kamatoy who answered every question I had. He then communicated with me through email which really helped me to have a visual breakdown of everything he was telling me. He was so thoughtful he even sent me directions when I was unsure which way to go! I then dealt with Otis VIdale who was amazing! He was so patient & really took his time with me. He made buying the car a pleasure and took the stress out of it for me. Michael was the financial guy whose honesty & fun personality made the worst part of the car buying process better. After it was all said and done the Manager Bill Lister came out to make sure I was completely happy which I was! What a great car buying experience and I recommend everyone in Staten Island & NJ go here.
