After a long, drawn out, and unsatisfying experience at a BMW dealership in a different New England state, I called Herb Chambers BMW of Boston to see what inventory they had and if they could sell me the car I had been waiting for at the other dealership as quickly as possible. I was very pleased to first speak with K.C. who understood my situation, worked to accommodate me at MY earliest convenience, called me back when he said he would, and set me up with a great client advisor/salesperson. The client advisor, M.C., had already gotten to work pulling the information on cars with the features I was looking for that were in stock at Herb Chambers and at other dealerships on the east coast. It was all so smooth, painless, and such a contrast what I had previously experiences at the prior dealership. By the end of that visit, I had made my decision on a car that would have to be shipped up from Maryland. M.C. was upfront about how long the process would take to get the car, have someone register my car for me in my own state, etc. Both K.C. and M.C. kept me very well informed (again, a contrast to what I previously experienced) throughout the next two weeks until the car arrived and then also made sure to check in and answer questions about the car in the weeks after I had made the purchase. Bottom line, they are friendly, efficient, and top notch. No schmoozing going on, just good car salespeople trying to sell you a car within your budget that you'll really enjoy.
