20 minutes on hold, then told to call another number, then on hold for another 20. Not impressed. Even when your choice is #1 in the voicemail choices, Shaw forces you to wait for all of their promos and other selections to play before letting you choose. If you choose before the promos finish, you are pushed back to the opening message.
