overall great experience, service department is absolutely organized and very fast overall. came in a few days ago for a 10k service and it went very smooth, the advisor noah was very informative and easy going. I was offered a loaner car so that I would not have to wait while my car was being serviced. krystal brought me into the office and was very attentive and quick. I was brought out by migel and he made sure my rental was in pristine conditions and was very knowledgeable and answered all my curiosities about the "ux" model that I was not aware of. I went home and 40 minutes later I was receiving a call with the news that my car was ready. super happy with the service to the car and staff that work well as a team. they also have coffee and snacks if you want to wait for your car to be finished :D
