Incredible how bad this software is, also incredible how employees of said company are giving themselves a 5 star rating. We have had the software for over 2 years and it still cant give our drivers the correct pick up times, cx'd trips still show up on drivers tablets. Drivers see phantom trips on their schedules that dont exist. Pre pandemic our company managed 6-7 thousand trips a day, since the pandemic hit we are at 3 thousand tops and the system cannot handle it. Our old software would require 4 dispatchers to handle that trip count now we need 20 plus dispatchers. Whatever you do dont buy this software, even if it is the cheapest option, you will pay for it in other areas.
