By far the worst run small airport I have been in recently. Arrived 2 hours ahead (4:30AM), lines were so long I thought something was terribly wrong...nope, just backed up clear across terminal. We barely made our flight( thank God security was on the ball), only because they finally started calling people up to check in by flight.
On the return there was only one luggage carousel working for all arriving flights. They had us running back and forth between carousels. I was traveling both ways as a companion to an elderly woman, and it was a nightmare for both of us.
