I took my computer to them because they were the closest to campus. My PC wouldn't boot up, so they took it apart and said they tested all the parts and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They then proceeded to try to charge me over $70 for the "diagnostic" they did. My PC then quit working less than two weeks later. I went to Computers Plus Repair next and they told me what the problem was in less than 3 mins and didn't charge me a dime. I will never go back to these guys again.
