This is how you're treated after your warranty runs out: "Anthony (the service manager) said that we can't keep diagnosing the vehicle, just for you to take somewhere else and have them do the repair, and then come back to us with another issue." -Juan Cantu (service advisor)... Yeah, I couldn't believe that text message either. If I pay you $150 for a simple diagnosis, you're going to check it as many times as I pay you to whether you like it or not - then if I decide to take it somewhere else because you quote me 800% more than any other shop in town, then I will, sorry, maybe you shouldn't be gouging people's eyes out... But it's fine, my BMW has been sold, bought a nice new Range Rover and loving it.
