I originally contacted Tracy about getting a car. During the course of the sale, circumstances dictated that Trevor step in to seal the deal. Tracy had to be away from work for a few days and I was hesitant to be passed around like an unsampled beer. However, Trevor proved very capable. For the most part, everything was in order when I arrived from Washington. That was critical as I was in a time crunch. In and out after a couple hours with the car I wanted. Off to the bank for another 45 minutes and then back on the road to Washington. All in all, an easy, hassle free, pleasant, and enjoyable car buying experience.
