The hotel itself is really nice and the staff very friendly and service minded but as a business professional I am dependent on having Internet at all times, something this big and modern hotel has not been able to provide. I stayed there back in April and experienced the same problem but was told they were aware and that it would be fixed so naturally I expected after 3,5 months this was solved but to my big disappointment it hadn t been fixed, first night I was given an outer room because the inner rooms suffer from noise coming from children playing and the big dining area. Since I was not able to do any work I requested a new room the next day and they gave me an inner room right opposite the children s play area, not only did I also not have any internet in that room now I had to suffer all the noise and I woke up 6 am because of children screaming in the play area. So if you are a business professional I would stay clear of this hotel, personally I will never go back there.
