THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I own several small businesses and I relay on my alarm company for obvious liability purposes. I decided to give alliance a shot at my new business which opened in April 2018, it has been a NIGHTMARE ever since. My sales rep pulled the ole "bait and switch" on me and sold me a system that was not practical for my business. He got the sales commission and was off to scam the next person. They sold me a system that was supposed to record adequate footage for the month, after 6 days I get a notification to upgrade my service because I was all out of storage. I called the 30 min hold time service center and they advised me I was sold the wrong package and that I needed a $500 DVR for my recording needs. After being passed around to 5 people they told me pay $150 and we.ll get the system out today for you. Fine, I pay $150 and my issue goes away, it was worth it to me. Guess what never came in the mail?? Correct my DVR I paid for a month ago. This company is a SCAM, you get what you pay for so find another company. Heres a test, call the companies customer service number and see how long it takes them to answer their existing customers phone calls. They dont care about you, they care about the sale and then you're dead to them. I would obviously never use them again, I will blast them on every social media outlet to prevent others from having to go through this. GOOD RIDDANCE!
