Thankfully I ve only had 2 claims to deal with in the last few years but they ve been so great about it. When I called to speak to someone a rep was immediately available. The rep was able to answer my questions and re-assured me the claims had been accepted and were paid. Following up through other records from the doctors office confirmed this.
