For being the closest 'real' mountain ski hill from Calgary it does an alright job. Groomers are well maintained and the glades are available if playing in the bumps and trees are more your style. Weekends get excessively busy but the lifties do an alright job moving people through the lines efficiently. Inside the lodge can get crowded, but if your not trying to have a packed lunch it's easier to just go upstairs and have a seated restaurant lunch.
