Legends Honda rocks! We had an exceptional experience with them on 11/28/2017. Our first interaction with them started when my husband called their main office to learn more about current financing deals. My husband spoke with Adam Hougland who was very helpful and professional. Adam happily offered to have my husband come in to see him and that they could walk through the details further, if needed. After calling several other dealerships in the area, we decided to make the drive up to Legends. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Jr. Carrillo. He was an extremely no pressure sales person that took his time to expertly explain the features, the safety options, and more while we were both looking at the CR-V s and when we test drove one with him. At this point, we decided that we would proceed with the purchase. Jr and Jeff Creach worked with us to get the paperwork completed. Both were very helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable in the process of acquiring our new CR-V. As you can imagine, we were expecting several sales tactics and runarounds. We never encountered any of these while working through the purchase at Legends. Before we left the dealership, Jordon Roscoe helped us with a training session on how to use many of the features of the car and how to customize it to our preferences. Jordan was great to work with and was very happy to help get us up and running. He also shared some pro tips about the infotainment console and hidden features on the key fobs. Everyone was very friendly and we could tell that this dealership truly cares about their customers. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had! Thank you again to Adam, Jr, Jeff, Jordan, and the many others that helped us behind the scenes for a great experience. You are all wonderful!!
