Horrible customer service and slacking job on the ...

Horrible customer service and slacking job on the mechanics. Brought my work truck (where I bought the truck also) to get serviced 2 times for the same DEF problem and all they want to do is charge a diagnostics fee each time and tell me if it happens again bring it back. I don't have to time nor the money to have Frank tell me, to bring it back down again if it has the same problem. Told me DEF is suppose to last 10k miles and it's been day 2 and my DEF light and check engine came back on. Better off finding a dealership that will actually help and not just bull me around
