Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, huge bathroom wish there was more of a view otherwise amazing how central and close it is to everything in the town area, breakfast was amazing, customer service was awesome so welcoming. The room service ladies were beautiful and so lovely to chat too. We definitely enjoyed our stay here in the Sofitel and we can t wait to go back to Queenstown
