In September 2012 we went out looking in our area ...

In September 2012 we went out looking in our area for a used SUV. We went to a number of different dealerships in the area including Cary Auto Mall. We got frustrated pretty quickly with the employees lack of knowledge about the cars, their pushiness and continuous "sales pitches". The employees at these various dealerships didn't listen to what we were looking for or comments we made about the cars. It was obvious that they just cared about the sale, not about us- as the customers. The car suggestions they would give us were not at all what we had told them we were looking for.

We immediately noticed a difference when we went to Crown Honda at Southpoint.
Everyone there was kind and we didn't feel pressured or hassled in any way. Jason Linhardt greeted us and we talked to him about what we were interested in. He was able to show us a number of different vehicles which were all within the parameters of what we were looking for. I, personally, was shocked by Jason's knowledge of every single feature on each of the cars he showed us! He was able to answer our questions thoroughly and had a lot of patience with us because we asked quite a few questions.

We didn't feel pressured by Jason and he treated us with kindness and respect. It didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. It really showed that he genuinely wanted to help us find the right car. He gave us space when we needed to talk just the two of us and didn't try to persuade us one way or another. It was so nice to have a car salesman who really wanted us to find the perfect car for us. We didn't feel that was at any of the other dealerships we had gone to previously.

We went to Crown Honda planning on getting a used SUV but after working with Jason and having him show us a number of different options, used and new, we ended up with a 2012 Honda Pilot. We were so impressed with all the Pilot's features, it was an incredibly comfortable car with plenty of room and was very easy to drive. Crown Honda was able to give us more for our trade in than CarMax. Jason showed us a number of different financing options and was incredibly thorough in explaining them to us. He stayed after closing and took the extra time going over everything with us. While we were waiting for something to print out a manager came by and checked in on us and asked how things were going and if we needed anything.

When it was time to do the official paperwork, the gentleman we worked with then was also outstanding. He made the process go by quickly but did explain everything that needed to be signed and answered all the questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable through it all. Jason made sure we got everything we needed at the end of the sale, showed us some of the guides that came with the car and how to do a few things - like hook up our phone via Bluetooth to the car. After we had the car for a little while Jason checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the Pilot and as always told us to give him a call if we needed anything.

We had an overall incredible experience with Crown Honda at Southpoint. The next car we get will be a Honda, it will come from Crown Honda and we hope to purchase through Jason again.
