Here for a recall for the first time.One of their service doors are broken.There are three service techs at the desk and only one person being helped.Gonna be a long day!Then when my car was ready I told them I had requested a pickup.Tge proveeds to tell me that when you know the car is ready you have to call the scheduler to arrange a shuttle.Cant they let them know they spoke to me the car is done and send one out?? NOOO!Well everyone's brains froze at that point.The scheduling person was on lunch and the service tech I dealt with was with a customer. So I guess another service tech answered.I told him where I needed picked up from and he gave me the drivers number going to the wrong place.So I had to call back.So the lady answers and I told her my dilemma and she didn't think they had privy to the shuttle drivers numbers so she gave me another number but then she said she didn't think that was it.Then I was patched over to the service desk advisor which gave me the first number I had which I told them was wrong.So p.s. I get a call back and the driver was heading my way.When we got back to the dealership they lost all their power! It was hotter than heck and once we get out of the van there is no direction on where to go to receive the vehicle.There is a lot of people at desks looking busy but doing a whole lot of nothing.Apparently you have to go back to the tech you originally dealt with.After searching around for my car they retrieved it.Unforunately I have to come back to get my seatbelts replaced.It will be free of charge since it's under a lifetime warranty otherwise I would not be back.He had to order them!
