This is a average property located very near to the Jaipur Rail Station. The location is inside a narrow lane. Rooms are average but amenities like AC, Flat Screen TV are there. But the first turn off was the reception staff's behavior. We Stayed one night on 14th February 2017. In the morning at the time of checking in the very first thing that the reception person told me is to pay the rent in advance. I told him that next day I have a very early checkout so definitely will make the full and final payment on that very night including Restaurant Bill if any required to be paid. But he was adamant. Without advance he blatantly refused to check me in. This itself shows that he don't even know how to talk with a customer. The next one was during the next morning when we were checking out the person who carried our luggage from the Room broke my Trolley Bag by sheer mishandling and they were so indifferent to what has happened. Such utterly callous and unprofessional attitude is really intolerable. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody.
