Pretty rooms, massively uncomfortable beds. Great restaurants, massively overpriced, often out of many of the listed menu options. Don't expect to get decent customer service at the front desk. We were told that we would have the choice between 1 king or 2 queens in the suite we booked. They did not honor this and the woman we spoke to (Fa?) copped an unprofessional and impudent attitude when we expressed our displeasure. She continued to make things worse by saying "it's not my fault" and asking sarcastic questions like "did you hear me say that?". We got very different treatment from the men she incessantly flirted with before us, prolonging our check-in process. It was as if this woman had never been trained in hospitality. Her behavior set the tone for our entire trip, and we will never stay at this hack hotel again.
