The hotel is rather old but still OK. People at the reception have probably been there for too long. They look bored and treat customers in a surly and condescending way. Twice they insisted that my reservation was for a single room, while it was for a double. The waitress in the breakfast room (2nd floor) apparently expects tips or will charge you. I asked for a capuccino one day and got it, but the next day was told it costs extra!
