Rooms are alright. Some wear and tear on the furniture. If you get a kitchenette be sure to bring supplies. All they provide is a one cup coffee maker and a couple of cups with some coffee packets. Pool with waterfall is nice. Oh, television is analog, so station options are limited. It worked for our basic needs though. Free wifi helps A LOT!
