Fixed my problem quickly! Nice place to work if you can't get a loaner too.

Just went in for service on December 13th, my service advisor was Eric Brown. He was extraordinarily helpful resolving an issue I had with the BMW dealer I bought the car from. I will be asking to work with Eric again.
