Very unhelpful, lazy and irresponsible. We found a loaded magazine in our rental car, called them immediately and were told to come to the station and when we did, they said they couldn't help us! Why? We had our seven month old baby with us...what if there was a loaded gun with the safety off in another part of the car? What if it had gone off and killed our baby or one of us? Why is this the proper protocol?
