I needed tires put put on my 06 Subaru Tribeca as well as alignment done and didn't know where to start. I didn't know what to expect from this place because there was only 1 review for this place. I always make sure there are a couple at least reviews for places that i am gunna spend some money at. So I called and their prices on tires and alignment seemed to be competitive(Walmart was cheaper but no one would pick up the phone). The store was welcoming and seemed nice enough. The service was fast. I only took an hour and some change for Tires and alignment. Car drove fine for a day or two and the steering started to shake. I took it back in a week later early in the morning and they had no problem fully re-checking/re-weighting my tires and even alignment. I got to see most of it so i know they were actually putting in the work. Even though i had a bitter taste in my mouth from the weights falling off in the first place(not their fault) they did a great job making me feel important and making it a easy pain free process.
