This would have to be one of the worst power companies around, their customer service team are ignorant, incoherent and generally rude.
Becareful if setting up smooth pay as it is always behind and you will end up with a big debt to sort out. Trying to talk to a senior person is a joke and often met with refusal - Run a mile and look elsewhere.
