BE CAREFUL! They are a famous company but they will try to SCAM YOU.

A guy came to the appartment that I just rented saying that my appartments was run by Engie (back then I didn't know it was an ABSOLUTE LIE) and they were updating information on current tenants, he asked me to gave him my information and signed a paper AND A COUPLE MONTHS LATER I FIND OUT THAT THEY CONSIDER SUCH PAPER "A CONTRACT" AND THAT I HAVE TO PAY 200 EUROS, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAY FOR ELECTRICITY AND GAS FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, WHICH IS INCLUDED IN MY RENT AND MY LANDLORD MANAGES IT!

ABSOLUTE SHAMEFUL, please AVOID ENGIE as much as possible, they will try to get you and scam you, clearly they saw that I barely spoke french to trick me. Be careful...
