Please improve your reservations and front desk services. I made an advance booking for a room with two twin beds without breakfast. When i arrived on feb. 15 at about 1 pm, i fell in line and informed one employee who atttended to us in the line that i would like to check in and he said that i could proceed. But when it was my turn, after falling in line, a woman told me that there was no available room yet unless i pay an additional fee of P4,500.00, breakfast for 2. I declined. So, i waited until 2 pm and fell in line again. When it was again my turn, i was told that the room that i requested will not be available until 4 or 5 pm. Thus, i took the room where there was only 1 king-size bed.
In other words, what's the point of having an advanced booking confirmation if i cannot avail the room that i requested on time? Other than that, our overnight stay was ok.
