We almost didn't rent a property due to some of the reviews here but in the end, we did, and had a really wonderful experience. The group even went out of their way to help us transition smoothly to a home purchase when it was time. We found the mgmt group to be completely responsive and reasonable. I think if you practice standard good record keeping, take photos upon move-in and out, communicate promptly and proactively, you will also find yourself with a very normal and positive rental experience.
