I have been trying to SCHEDULE service to install ...

I have been trying to SCHEDULE service to install a a gas line for our new gas range for a week now. Twice now I have been told we'll check and call you back. Neither call has been returned. I continue to call and get the same run around every time. YCNGA has you over a barrel too because even if you have a private company do the work YCNGA still has to inspect the work. I thought monopolies were illegal! No customer service incentive for YCNGA...DISGRACEFUL!
