I purchase tyre from Rahimafrooz when requires. I always purchase Japan origin Dunlop tyre. On 22 September 2018, I have purchased a pair of tyres at a cost Tk.19,300/- for Japan origin Dunlop tyre. On 25 September 2018, they informed me that they delivered Vietnam/Indonesia origin jn stead of Japan origin. In the meantime my vehicle was at the workshop for servicing. I'm surprised being a regular customer of the Company how did that fault!!!
