The worst service I have ever experienced from an organisation. Got cut off twice after waiting over 10 minutes. Got through eventually on 3rd call and holding for 37 minutes. They could give no reason why my bill had been sent to the wrong address. Didn't even care. All I got was we do not issue the bill. It came from Bury Council and had the council logo and I pay the council.
I have now sent 3 emails and surprise surprise, not one response.
