Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I purchased a replacement undercounter refrigerator for a small apartment. After letting the freon settle for 24 hours, the unit was plugged in. The fan worked but didn't cool. ACityDiscount indicated they would pay for a repairman to diagnose the problem - leak in the freon tank; they never reimbursed. After haggling for over six weeks about getting the refrigerator into an operational condition, I ordered a new one (different vendor and manufacturer). ACityDiscount agreed to return the unit. They even charged me for return shipping. Total loss over $2000.
