Very rude staff and wouldn't assist me in any way ...

Very rude staff and wouldn't assist me in any way in retrieving my tickets from will call. Even though I had my order confirmation, credit card, screenshots, and driver license, three different tellers wouldn't give me my tickets. DO NOT USE WILL CALL HERE!!! $100 ticket and nothing to show for it and miserable experience.
