Everything was fine until the end. We checked out of the hotel and wanted to use the luggage storage service for one last day in the park. After coming back to reclaim the stored luggage one of them was missing. One of the works has apperently hurt his hand lifting one of our suitcases, so they decided to just lose it instead? Ended up having to go in the back with an employee to find it, which I did. Afterwards though the employees wouldn't make eye contact with us.
