Here's the deal, I went into this dealership, on my birthday, with THREE bad experiences (with other dealerships) under my belt. Stone was the first person I met, and I certainly had my guard up. However, it didn't take long for me to get comfortable with him, as well as the other staff that were there. I was there for about an hour, when he left to go talk to someone in the Finance area, and he came back with a cupcake (from something they had going on), and one of the other guys there, and they sang Happy Birthday to me! How cool is that?!? I spent the rest of my time there just hanging out with a couple of the other salesman and joking around.

That brings me to Begi, the Finance Manager. I want a real-life friendship with her. Of course, I was excited that she was able to work out an amazing deal for me, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. She was actually fun to work with - it didn't hurt that she was hilarious. The most important thing you should know, as a buyer, is that she is very real, along with Stone. That was exactly what I needed, especially after all of my negative experiences with other dealerships. They didn't make me feel like "just another customer," which was, and is, important to me.

I can honestly say that I will only deal with them in the future. If you're smart, you will too.
