Last time when I went there with a problem in their software, they couldn't help it, but this time, they acknowledged it, and are trying to do their best to have the issue fixed. Some unfortunate moments happen, but they have good folks who really are customer centric.

I really appreciate those kind of problem resolving type of folks.
