Very unprofessional service, decided to grab a quick light lunch Before heading off as the restaurant was empty only 3 other table. After placing are order at 12 we was left waiting In the dark with no communication of a delay in the food, half hour had pasted and we grew concerned as had places to go and no sight of the food, after searching for a waiter they brought it to are attention that there was a event on and should of been informed that there was a wait for food, they advised the food would be out in about 10 minutes, we then got the food 30 minutes later, by this time had been well over hour, all the staff hadn t even shown and concerns about the delay.
Overall they should have had much better customer service, with no communication and organisation of the event was poor, they explained only 3 members of staff was working with is poorly managed as every good management know that preparations should be made. Was made very clear that the organisation doesn t care about its customer and is clear only concerned about saving money. Another money giant putting customer last.
