Went in for 2 Chrysler recalls on my vehicle and was immediately acknowledged as I entered through the door. Service advisor Thom was professional and wasnt your typical service person who usually pushes unwarranted and overpriced services at me. Told me he would inspect my vehicle and text me if something he thought needed immediate attention. Was kept abreast during entire inspection and recall issues. Promptly notified me when vehicle was finished. More dealers need to be like this...2 thumbs up!
