I had SUCH an amazing experience with Sound Waves. I do mission work in Memphis and have a rental car for the summer, and while loading lumber into the vehicle, an audio knob was bumped and broke off. The car dealership gave me an estimate of $1,216!!!! They had to replace the entire radio. I found Sound Waves through google and went there for an estimate. Buddy had the exact same knobs for the radio and was able to replace them in thirty seconds for $100. The customer service I received was quick, friendly, and my dilemma was treated with utmost importance. Because I lead mission trips, my schedule is super tight and rushed so getting quick answers as well as care for my problem meant the world. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Sound Waves. Their integrity revealed the dishonesty of other places that I went to for help. You will not be disappointed when you choose them.
