Once again thoroughly discussed with Houston Northwest Medical Center. Your get-em-in, get-em-out care in post-op care, resulted in unnecessary pain, suffering and an ER visit- regardless of my effort to make your staff aware of the problem before I left outpatient. A visit which I don't feel I should be billed for. I dispute this charge, on principal alone, right letters, do everything I'm told to, yet still end up in collections. Collections for a $75 bill, which DRAMATICALLY lowers my credit score! You are an unethical, pathetic excuse for establishment where, unfortunately, good DR's practice. Houston friends, find a different hospital, the rest of you I'm grateful you'll never have to deal with that place.
