Booked 2 rooms and needed to cancel one. They canceled both without me realizing it.. an hour out from the hotel we find out we have no reservations and they never refunded my payment and refused to do so, leaving us to book yet another room in the area. Still have not received my refund!!!!! Very rude customer service and manager.
