We had Brandon as our service rep. He was fantastic! We have never had a rep take the time to cover all the work that was done...and to show us how to program our equipment. We were taught about our thermostat..dehumidifier...air cleaner...and he did a hydro draw on the air conditioner and the furnace to show us where they are costing us...and where the readings should really be. He did a great job cleaning and explained in detail...the benefits of proper filters etc. This is the first time we have used the services of Boehmer/Cronin Emery...and we will be customers for life now! Hats off to Brandon!

We would also like to mention...they precontact you before the serviceman arrives...and the pleasant office staff certainly deserve a high five too! Very professional company!
