Just stayed here for three night was laughable how...

Just stayed here for three night was laughable how rude the staff were , got the feeling staff don't like working here

First night was not allowed in the bar as it was fully booked with a jazz night (was told we could sit in the reception and listen to the music in the bar )

Room was nice and was happy we had a large terrace

Got to hotel 1pm but you can't go to your room until 3pm

No tea or coffee in rooms

Disappointed really this once 5 star hotel is no more
