Worst dealership ever. Can't get nothing right. Bought used 2012 challenger and had it a month then Hall calls and says they need the car back because they can't find financing for me. That's after I put a thousand dollars in the car with aftermarket items and Hall said im gonna have to eat it. They even had the vehicle tagged and titled in my name. So finally after refusing to return it without my thousand dollars returned they finally got financing and i had to give them 2000 dollars more on the down payment. A year later I trade it in for a brand new challenger at Greenbrier Dodge. They are the best by the way. But when I trade it in Hall Dodge was supposed to refund me the money on my extended warranty that I'm not using that I bought and the gap insurance that I'm not using and I bought. They do the paperwork to cancel it and get my money back and come to find out we did the paperwork together and they never mail it in to the appropriate people to get my refund. So again I had to go down to Hall Dodge and get paperwork straight. My suggestion is avoid Hall dealerships all together they're all about the money and no customer service at all. My experience at Greenbrier Dodge was exceptional no problems very courteous and would recommend them to anybody and will be going back to buy my next car.
