Dear management,

Being an employee of Emrill company i always felt pride and respect through out my career of couple of years. I've always recommended to many whoever i met in UAE because of the outstanding teamwork and professionalism, I've experienced throughout my career.

- But from last couple of years I've noticed a clear example of Nepotism in our site which is spoiling our company reputation and prestige.

- I'm working in Dubai marina under senior security supervisor Mr.Binod Adhikari, who is always practising favouritism and tricking his staff whoever is working under him.

- He always gave priority and eased posts to his loved ones like key controllers, building patroller, and admin etc.

- He has a habit of unnecessary shouting and following those who speak for their rights.

- Instead of making rounds on site he is always sitting in his office enjoying tea parties along with his chosen staff.

- Most of the time he is found sleeping in the office.

- During the last 3 months he never visited any of the posts and also the locations under him.

- He is just using his name in every incident/ accident report/ escalation even though he is sitting in his office.

- Now, when the Emrill Security contract is being finished he has chosen his loved ones for Transguard company who are going to stay in the same sites under him.

- Most of the staff are from his own nationality and very few from other nationalities.

- Those who never got any warning letter or any statements are neglected but those who have warning letters have been chosen.

- It is requested to ask Mr.Binod that on which criteria he has selected those staff who has been referred to Transguard company.

- And last but not the least, it's requested to management to visit the site and have a transparent investigation about the matter.
